Introduction Of First Foods-A Guide For Success
Appropriate feeding practices stimulate bonding and psychosocial development in your child. When done correctly it leads to improved nutrition and physical growth, reduced susceptibility to common childhood infections and better resistance to cope with them. During this class we will uncover the mystery on how to feed your child solid foods and when to introduce foods to your infant. You will leave with a guide to work off of and many charts and handouts to help you succeed. 2 hour class.

This class is for parents of children 1 to 3 years of age. The format is both lecture and question and answer so that your personal concerns can be addressed. We will address poor weight gain and how to get your child to eat more food and more variety. What to do in the case of rapid weight gain and how to prevent this. Discuss what is "normal" for a toddler. You'll learn how much food and fluids your child should have and proper nutrition, especially with a picky or fussy eater. 2-hour class.
Mommy Food-Natural Pre-Natal Nutrition
This class explores how creating good eating habits in your child before the moment of birth is important to the lifelong health of a child. This class is a must for all pregnant mom's whether you are in the 1st trimester or your last! Learn what foods are the healthiest for you and your baby and what foods may create harm. Also learn a few tricks on how to grow the healthiest baby you can while not adding on excess weight. We will also discuss post-partum weight loss. 2-hour class.

We show you how to lose your excess baby weight in a way that is the healthiest for you [and your child if you are breastfeeding].
